1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and secure online platforms.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

3. Tour Participation

• Participants are required to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.
• SoulStroll reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.

4. Liability

While we prioritize your safety, participants join tours at their own risk. SoulStroll is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damages during the tour.

5. Intellectual Property

All tour content, including stories, routes, and materials, is the property of SoulStroll and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.
